Subject: Settings : use enums instead of ints to store colors. Group all PTS
 settings into a struct. PTS/SettingsPTS : Convert to/from LVGL color and
 Settings::Color, add functions to reduce code duplication. Adapt
 SettingPineTimeStyle with the last Screen Interface
